|Introducing my new large water kettle to the flame.|
Wonderful communication, and when the seller saw my blog added they would put in some samples.
Some samples? How about thirteen?
Thirteen well packaged large samples of such variety as I have never seen before. I am astounded and very, very grateful. Here is what they sent, those tea-angels...
1. Vanilla, black flavored
2. Keemun Finest
4. Vanilla Almond, rooibos
5. Darjeeling, Margaret's Hope, second flush, organic
6. Assam Mangalam, second flush, organic
7. Darjeeling Avongrove
8. Fragrant Bud, yellow
9. Curled Dragon Silver Tip
10. Gyokuro Uji Superior
11. Sencha, Coconut
13. Sencha Superior Uji
And why did they send so many samples? I must go back through my emails as to quote them, for these are true tea folk. They said, "It is our honor to introduce you to some of our teas"! Charming, well-intentioned and generous, what else can you ask for in a seller of teas? Many posts to follow with the teas I fall in love with. The Japanese teas will wait until the first cold snap, as that is when the Gyokuros, Sencha, and Genmaichas will be appreciated by my palette the most. Also today I received my eight samples sizes of difernt sorts of Puerh's from Hidden Peaks Teahouse, more on that soon. Very soon.
